La bibliothèque Atwater a présenté au public la splendide et très parlante Scottish Diaspora Tapestry en 2016, lors de la tournée mondiale de cette collection. L’exposition consistait en 300 pièces brodées à la main par des artistes de la diaspora écossaise tout autour du monde et illustrant leur histoire.
À cette occasion, Diane Bernier Design (DBD) a conçu le système d’accrochage permanent pour la Bibliothèque et centre informatique Atwater et dirigé la mise en espace de l’exposition. Cela a initié une collaboration continue de DBD avec la bibliothèque pour ses expositions temporaires.

The bibliothèque Atwater presented the splendid and very telling Scottish Diaspora Tapestry to the public in 2016, during the world tour of this collection. The exhibition consisted of 300 pieces hand-embroidered by artists from the Scottish diaspora all over the world and illustrating their history.
On this occasion, Diane Bernier Design (DBD) designed the permanent hanging system for the Bibliothèque et centre informatique Atwater and directed the staging of the exhibition. This initiated an ongoing collaboration between DBD and the library for its temporary exhibitions.
